Project: Outrun
Rain-slick megacity circuits, 240 km/h pursuit AI and a soundtrack that reacts to your throttle.
Direct Publisher & Scaler
Scaling visionary game developers globally.Funding, technology, distribution.
Portfolio
Titles we published, funded or scaled. Every one shipped with the studio's name on the box and the IP in their hands.
Rain-slick megacity circuits, 240 km/h pursuit AI and a soundtrack that reacts to your throttle.
A sci-fi deckbuilder where every run rewrites your ship, your crew and the rules of the fight.
Squad-based turn tactics with rollback netcode and asynchronous ranked ladders.
Grow signal gardens across a dead broadcast network. No text, no UI, no hand-holding.
Four-player descent into an orbital relay that answers back. Proximity voice is the only radar.
Continental logistics, weather-driven supply lines and a diplomacy layer that remembers everything.
Ventures
Four steps, no gatekeeping layer. The same pipeline whether you are two people in a shared flat or a forty-person studio.
A playable link is the whole application. Itch.io, Steam key, Drive, a WebGL URL — whatever runs.
Two producers and one engineer play it and write back. You get notes even when the answer is no.
Funding split across milestones you help define. Flat terms, no recoupment traps, IP stays yours.
QA, netcode, storefronts, creators and LiveOps run in parallel with your production, not after it.
Partnership
Four disciplines under one deal. No sub-licensing, no ghost publishers, no revenue share on your next project.
The deal
One partner, four disciplines, zero buzzwords.
Milestone financing with no recoupment traps. You keep the IP, the store pages and the roadmap.
Netcode profiling, memory optimisation and frame pacing on every target platform.
Direct streamer placement, dedicated event hubs and platform featuring — negotiated, not bought.
Retention analytics, A/B testing infrastructure and anti-churn systems wired into your build.
About
The Publisher is a small, senior team of producers, engineers and platform people who used to sit on the other side of these deals. We got tired of watching good builds die in review queues, so we removed the queue.
Everything we do is measured against one question: does this get a playable, profitable game in front of more players? If it does not, we do not sell it to you.
